Available Positions

Agronomy Sales Manager

Full-time £Negotiable

SoilEssentials have recently launched an exciting new service which requires an agronomic sales manager to lead this cutting-edge technology into the marketplace. As a result, we are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial attitude to join our award-winning and progressive company. This new role will be of interest to someone with managerial skills and a proven sales record who is confident working independently and as part of a team. Experience of the arable sector and/or working in a relevant trade environment is essential. Candidates should possess a relevant degree with BASIS and FACTS qualifications desirable. Strong communication and numeracy skills are expected and attention to detail is paramount. The role will require some travel throughout the UK and potentially abroad, with occasional overnight stays. Own transport is a must as our offices are in a rural location.

Area Salesperson

Are you driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets?

SoilEssentials are expanding their sales force and now looking for an additional member for this team. The successful candidate’s main remit will be to promote the SoilEssentials name with their full product range to end users and agricultural machinery dealers, within a designated area. Generate and follow-up enquiries, develop an existing and new customer base whilst working towards agreed annual objectives. To join our award-winning and progressive company you will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have proven sales experience, who is confident working independently and as part of a team. Good, sound knowledge of the agricultural industry and its equipment in conjunction with a keen interest in the growing technology solutions sector is desirable. If required, you may be responsible for demonstrating equipment as necessary. Excellent customer service skills both face-to-face and by telephone is expected as is a good all-round proficiency in IT.

Strong communication and numeracy skills are expected and attention to detail is paramount. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.
