Phone Support
As the company grows Soilessentials Ltd now provides a Phone Support Package for any Display, AutoPilot or RDS Yield monitor installed by the company. This package is available at £100/annum + VAT for the first unit and £50/annum for all additional units. Offer is extended to units that have been installed for more than 12 months.
Phone support to those outside warranty period and not on support contract will be charged at standard office hours rate of £45/Hour or out of office hours rate of £65/Hour.
On Site Technical Support
All on site work carried out by Soilessentials Ltd will be chargeable at our standard rates. Office Hours @ £55/Hour and Out of Office Hours @ £75/Hour + expenses.
