RTK with no base station
With the launch of SmartNet we can now offer RTK corrections from Ordnance Survey's country wide network of base stations. Instead of a radio connection to a physical base station in your field we connect to the Leica SmartNet through a mobile phone connection.
This system has been used for the last few years by surveyors and is every bit as accurate as standard RTK but without the base station worries. The RTK signals are georeferenced to the OS coordinate system. We have been running test versions through the autumn and, with an integrated modem inside the rover unit, MojoRTK is currently the only system running commercial agricultural units on Smartnet.
Leica designed MojoRTK to be future proof, flexible and excellent value for money.
